Maura Doern Danko lives with her husband and daughter in the New York metropolitan area.
Recent spaces where Maura’s painting was featured include The Bowery Gallery (NYC), Fort Pitt Museum (Pittsburgh), First Street Gallery (Chelsea NY). Her work has been exhibited at The Painting Center, Braddock’s Unsmoke Systems, and The Brew House, among other venues. Her painting is in the permanent collection of The Hoyt Art Institute, and many private collections.
Upcoming exhibitions include a group show about unusual family portraits at the Greenbelt Community Center Art Gallery, MD (Jan-Mar 2019), and Miss Porter’s School, CT (Feb 2019).
